Prime Living delivers products within:

• European Union countries,
• Ukraine.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, logistics providers, customs procedures, and product availability.
Shipping costs:
• Czech Republic: 49 EUR
• European Union and Ukraine: 89 EUR
• Free shipping for orders above 2000 EUR

7. Returns and Exchanges
Customers within the European Union may have the right to withdraw from a purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned products must:
• remain unused,
• be undamaged,
• be returned in appropriate condition.
If a product arrives damaged during transportation, Prime Living may offer a replacement exchange after reviewing the reported issue.
The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
